GalleyCat (one of my fave publishing blogs) has a great post with two new words for us biblio- and logophiles:
Abibliophobia*: the fear of running out of reading material (from Smart Bitches)
Tsundoku: the act of letting books pile up unread.
Both have great illustrations. Thank you, GalleyCat and Smart Bitches!
*I originally thought the word meant the fear of books disappearing…which I think I have! So perhaps I need to coin a new word: Ebibliophobia: the fear that all physical books will disappear, to be replaced by ebooks.
